Product Description
- Gir is an Indian cow breed known for its A2 milk, and this ghee has a deep, strongly aromatic character.
- A Gir cow gives far less milk than other cows, so this is our smallest and slowest batch.
- We make it like our other ghees, setting the milk as curd and churning it by the bilona method.
- The butter is cooked slowly until clear, giving 100% Gir cow milk ghee with no additives.
- It suits festivals, sweets, gifting and special meals, and this 1 L jar is sealed in glass to travel safely.
- If a jar arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
