Product Description
- Made from the A2 milk of our desi cows, this ghee is lighter and more golden than buffalo ghee.
- It has a strong buttery aroma that lifts tadka, parathas, khichdi and a spoonful on hot rice.
- The milk is set as curd and churned by the traditional bilona method until the butter separates.
- The butter is then cooked slowly until clear, in small batches with 100% A2 desi cow milk ghee and no additives.
- This 1 L jar is sealed warm in glass and packed to travel safely.
